This adults-only, all-inclusive resort includes luxurious accommodations, gourmet dining, premium drinks, and access to stunning beachfront amenities. We are thrilled to offer our guests special group pricing at the all-inclusive El Dorado Seaside Suites for our wedding celebration — a perfect opportunity to not only join us for our special day but also to enjoy a relaxing, unforgettable vacation in the Riviera Maya. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, with check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. Your stay includes all dining, premium alcohol, and resort activities, so you can completely unwind without worrying about meals, drinks, or entertainment — truly a worry-free getaway in paradise. These discounted rates are valid within our group travel window, are subject to availability, and are only available when booking within our group block. Reserving within the group helps us meet our wedding requirements with the resort and ensures you are included in all wedding events and festivities, while also giving you the chance to make the trip your very own memorable vacation.
TRANSPORTATION
BOOKING
Flights are the responsibility of each travel party, and all guests should plan to arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN), the closest international airport to El Dorado Seaside Suites in the Riviera Maya.
Shuttle service from the airport to the resort is included with your resort booking. Guests are asked to complete the shuttle form below and forward it to Mark or Maddie. Closer to your arrival, they will reach out individually to confirm your shuttle pick-up time.
This included shuttle service allows you to skip the hassle of arranging transportation, so you can relax and begin enjoying your vacation right away. From the moment you land in Cancún, you’ll be on your way to your tropical getaway—ready to soak up the sun, take in the ocean views, and celebrate our wedding in paradise.
Our travel/room block dates are
February 1 – February 28, 2027 with our wedding being on February 13 and celebrations being from February 12 - February 14. A minimum of three nights within this room block must be booked to receive our special group rates. Guests must complete the booking form below and email it directly to the resort to secure their reservation. Once the resort receives your information, they will confirm your reservation and provide a payment link as well as additional details about your stay. All bookings require a deposit payment equal to two nights by July 16, 2026 to secure their stay with the remaining balance due by October 14, 2026. You also have the option to pay in full at booking. When you book through the group block it ensures you are included in all wedding events and festivities throughout our celebration.
